“I would like to thank PKB (Anton) for the acceptance of the apartment! When I ordered the service I doubted whether I needed it or not, because the apartment was from a top builder and problems were not expected, but it turned out to be the right decision to use the services of PKB:
1. Found a bunch of joints that I would hardly have found (a bunch of scratches, low water pressure, unscrewed window sill, a bunch of small other joints), which would have been discovered later and would have been an unpleasant surprise.
2. Anton confidently spoke Czech with the developer, knew his rights when handing over the apartment.
3. Made sure, checked all the defects to make sure they were accurately fixed. (I wouldn't have even guessed).
4. Also a special thanks for the plan of the apartment, it will allow you to order furniture before the final acceptance of the apartment.
As a result, unequivocally recommend, the service is worth its money. I am sure that the developer will either fix the joints or will be forced to give a discount on the price of the apartment, which will certainly pay off the price of acceptance several times!
