After the inspection closes you will get a report in PDF format, where you can find all violations of the existing building requirements detected by our professionals. The report will be sent to your email or messengers. Based on this document, the developer is obliged to rectify all identified violations.

Sample inspection report

After a technical inspection of the property, PKB specialists prepare a Snagging Report, a detailed document that reflects the actual condition of the real estate. The report lists all identified defects, non-compliances with building standards, and deviations from expected workmanship quality. The Snagging Report is delivered in electronic format (PDF) and sent to you by email. You can use the document to submit a formal claim to the developer or contractor and request remediation of the identified issues. We prepare the report so that it is clear, well-structured, evidence-based, and practically useful for protecting your interests.

You will receive a properly prepared inspection report (defect list) with construction defects identified during the handover. The report is sent to the client electronically in PDF format.

Everything depends on the size of the apartment. On average: up to 40 m² — 1 hour; up to 70 m² — 1.5 hours; up to 100 m² — up to 2 hours. Over 100 m² — at least 2 hours.

It is best to submit a request one to two days in advance. If you need an urgent inspection, we can often come the same day.
